When and Where is the Conference taking place?

The 28th Asian-Pacific Conference will be held November 6-9, 2016 in Maui, Hawaii.

How do I submit my paper(s)?

Each participant is required to submit Abstract(s) and Full Paper(s) ONLINE. The paper should not exceed 35 pages.

  1. Click “Submit Paper” at the conference home page, it will bring you to the paper submission website
  2. Follow the instruction to create an account
  3. Follow the instructions to complete all the REQUIRED fields and submit your Abstract(s) and Full Paper(s) in SEPARATE files.
  4. Please make sure you input all of your co-author(s) information as well.
  5. The confirmation of submission(s) will be acknowledged via email within 24 hours.

 Note:

  • Abstract(s) without Full Papers WILL NOT be considered.
  • All papers will be subject to a blind review process. The submission of a paper for review means the author certifies that the manuscript is not copyrighted, and has not been published elsewhere.
  • Please keep in mind that if you are the co-author of more than one paper accepted to the conference, at least one of your co-authors of the other papers must register.

How do I register for the conference?

Fill out the registration form and email back to Crystal at lcui@csufresno.edu directly. The registration form is available at the conference home page.

How do I register a guest?

When you fill out the registration form, add your guest information on the registration form, the registration form is available at the conference home page. Please put the guest information at the “Additional Guest(s) information” section.

What are the conference registration fees?

  • General Registration fee: USD $450
  • Student Registration fee: USD $300

What does the registration fee included?

Admission to all Conference Sessions, Printed Conference Program, Digital Conference Program and Proceedings, Welcome Reception, Luncheons, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner (Banquet and Entertainment).

What are the important deadlines that I have to observe?

 

  • Paper Submission Deadline: May 15, 2016.
  • Decision Notification date: June 30, 2016.
  • Final Abstract or Final Full Paper Submission Deadline: August 30, 2016.
  • Conference Registration Deadline: September 20, 2016.
  • Hotel Reservation Deadline: September 20, 2016

Can I still register for the conference if I miss the deadline?

Yes, you can. There will be a late fee applied for the later registration, $100 for general registration and $50 for student registration. Please contact Crystal at lcui@csufresno.edu for more information.

Can I cancel my conference registration?

Yes, you can cancel the registration before the deadline, after the deadline will be no refund.

How do I make the hotel reservations?

The conference venue reservation link is available HERE or at the conference home page.

What is the conference rate for the hotel?

The conference rate will be USD$219++.

Which airport shall I fly to in Hawaii?

The airport in Maui is Kahului Airport (OGG). For more information, please visit Kahului Airport website.
