6. What are the Conference registration fees? Registration fee is $450 (US Dollar) on or before August 15, 2008 A special registration fee of $300 is available to full-time graduate students. Please log-in to register online. Top
7. What does the registration fee include? The registration fee includes: • Welcome Reception • Two Luncheons • Gala Dinner (Banquet and entertainment) • One-day Tour • Copy of the Conference Program and Proceedings Top
8. What are the important deadlines that I have to observe? A. Paper Submission Deadline: All paper submissions must be received by May 15, 2008 B. Conference Registration Deadline: The Conference Registration fee must be paid by August 15, 2008 to avoid a late fee. C. Hotel Registration Deadline: On 15th August 2008 block bookings at hotels are released: the hotels will not hold rooms for APCIAI delegates after this time, and the special rates will not be applicable D. Cut-off for registrations The last day to register and have your name and paper included in the Program and Proceedings is August 15, 2008. Top
9. Can I still register for the Conference if I miss the deadline? Late registrations are acceptable; however you will be charged a late fee of $100 (US Dollar) for registering after August 15, 2008. Top
10. Can I cancel my Conference Registration? You can cancel your Conference Registration at any time but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: • Prior to August 15, 2008: You will be reimbursed minus 10% of conference fees. • After August 15, 2008: No reimbursement shall be made. 12. How do I make the hotel reservations? The APCIAI will NOT assume any responsibility for your personal hotel reservations. However, we have negotiated a special rate with the Le Meridien Montparnasse Hotel. Log in and view the Hotel Reservation Form for more information. Top
13. What is the Conference rate for the Hotel? Rates for run of house rooms are: € 171 for Executive Single (+ 5.5% tax) € 171 for Executive Double (+ 5.5% tax) Top
